Privacy policy
This notice explains how Aml Store (also referred to as we or us) processes personal data of users of aml-store.com (the Site), in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national law where relevant.
Data controller
Aml Store — VAT 11461870963 — email: Info@amlstore.it.
Categories of data
We may process, for example: identity and contact details (name, email, phone if provided), order data (products, amounts, payment method selected, order status), technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, in aggregated or pseudonymised form where possible), and information you send us via forms or email. If you consent to measurement (see Cookie policy), we also process cart contents (products and quantities), the country the request came from, and — if you type it into the checkout form — your email, including for carts that never turn into an order.
Purposes and legal bases
- Service delivery and order handling (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; accounting and tax obligations where applicable).
- Customer support (legitimate interests or contract, depending on the case).
- Site security, abuse and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
- Aggregated analytics, only activated with consent where required by law (consent).
- Abandoned cart statistics (abandonment rate, average value, most common products and countries), only with consent to measurement; the data is not currently used to send automated messages (consent).
- Marketing only where you have expressly opted in (consent), subject to any service-related communications permitted by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
For cookies, local storage and consent preferences, see our Cookie policy.
Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with technical providers strictly necessary to operate the Site (hosting, email, security), and with payment providers (e.g. Stripe) or other partners needed to fulfil your order, limited to what is necessary. They act as independent controllers or processors under their own documentation.
Transfers outside the EU
Where tools or providers involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission) where required.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and thereafter for legal retention periods (e.g. accounting) or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have the rights in Articles 15–22 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may withdraw consent where processing was based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
