Returns and refunds
This page supplements our Terms and conditions for digital products bought on aml-store.com.
Nature of the goods
Products are generally digital licences or subscriptions. There is no physical shipment unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer and the contract falls within the applicable rules, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract, unless you expressly requested early performance and, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you gave consent to lose the right of withdrawal upon immediate delivery where the law allows. With such consent and immediate delivery, withdrawal may no longer be available after performance has begun.
Non-working code or activation
If the supplied code or instructions do not allow activation as described on the product page, contact us within a reasonable time after purchase with your order number and any error message. We will investigate and, if the issue is on our side or the key supplier’s, offer a replacement or refund within normal processing times.
Refunds
When a refund is due, we will use the same payment method where technically possible; for bank transfers we may ask for the details needed to send the payment.
