Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern the purchase of digital products through aml-store.com, operated by Aml Store (VAT 11461870963). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our privacy policy and, where applicable, the cookie policy.
Offer and catalogue
Product pages describe the digital licences or services offered, with VAT-inclusive prices where stated. We may update descriptions and prices; in case of a manifest error we may refuse or cancel the order with a full refund if payment was already taken.
Contract formation
The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation at the email address provided, unless payment fails or an anti-fraud check requires further action.
Payments
Card and compatible wallet payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe) under their terms. Where shown at checkout, bank transfer may also be available with different fulfilment times.
Digital delivery
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, delivery is digital (e.g. product key, activation link or instructions by email). You are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping our communications.
Your obligations
You must use products in compliance with the publisher’s licence (e.g. Microsoft) and applicable law. Resale or redistribution in breach of the software provider’s terms is not allowed.
Returns and refunds

Limitation of liability
Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use or inability to use the Site or products. Liability for digital products is limited to the order value, to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law and disputes
Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence in the EEA apply where relevant. You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
